Make your Linux Live USB

Hi all. I am back again with some small info about installing/trying linux (like Ubuntu, openSUSE Education, Linux Mint, etc.) in your windows machines. You can do it without spending money on burning CD/DVD after you’ve downloaded the image files (commonly in .iso format) of your favorite linux distro. You can use some freeware tools to create live USB and then use them as you’d have used your bootable CD/DVD. One of the advantages of using Live USB is that the process is faster than a normal CD/DVD install process. Here are two small programs for creating live Linux USB drives.

1. Linux Live USB creator; download from http://www.linuxliveusb.com

2. Universal USB Installer; download available at http://www.pendrivelinux.com

If you have a pen drive/USB drive which has capacity of 2GB or more then you can use that to create live installer and then try before you install.
